Bucks Fizz - a year out of dat - safe or not?

It will be fine so long as no air has got in. So if the cork pops as it should get it quaffed!

Should be safe, but I've always found Bucks Fizz goes flat very quickly once it's out of date so it might be very disappointing!

I have just opened a bottle of Baileys purchased in 2009 and kept in the fridge ever since - tastes like it was purchased yesterday

No not really. It was in our 2nd fridge and we had completely forgotten about it. I was prepared to throw it but it looks and tastes perfect so there is no need.

I also have a bottle of Grants thats been opened for 12 years but I expect that to last with no worries and a bottle of 1977 red wine which I have no intention of opening.
