Missing Gibblets in Aldi Turkey

I bought an Aldi Turkey before Christmas and it said contains gibblets. When we opened it late on Christmas Eve there were no gibblets. Went back to Aldi and as expected there were no turkeys left. Assistant manager Offered a refund but that was no use at such a late hour. He made no other offer but took my number and told me to come back after Christmas. What should I expect ?
