1.6kg lamb sholder to feed six?

Guys, I'm feeding six tonight with a shoulder of lamb in the slow cooker served with mash and carrots. The sholder is 1.6kg - will this be big enough?

1.6kg with or without bone?

With bone... no.

Without bone... should be ok, if you allow for 200g shrinkage while cooking, and 200g for cutting off fatty/gristly bits, that leaves 1.2kg... 200g per person, which is a reasonable amount.
