Ordering Meat Online

For some reason I keep getting e-mails from Westin Gourmet which I usually give a damn good ignoring to. Just looked at the site and it seems like a good deal.

Anyone have any experiences of them? Or indeed any other online butchers that are better?

Primarily interested in stocking up to feed an increasingly ravenous family.

I have used Meatpacks. Everything was great.

I used to get a monthly order from the "Well Hung Meat Company" who I can highly recommend. Fantastic quality and great, very personal service.

As more and more high street butchers are disappearing, I recommend buying online.

I rate them highly too
They often advertise an introductory pack of steaks in the Daily Mail & Radio Times for £29

Irrational, probably, but simply their choice of marketing channels would put me off them entirely. People only get the products they deserve etc.

Have you looked at meatpacks?

They seem to knock spots of the others mentioned on price.

Are you looking for cheap or good?
I particularly like and appreciate grass fed beef which costs more but is so much better I feel I can justify it. I've been using Whitfield Farm locally for my beef for a while but they've just stopped retailing direct.
Looking at either Forest Beef or Somerset Farmhouse at the moment. Anyone recommend either?
