Salmon tonight? What to have with it?

Was thinking Potatoes and some Broccoli and some Swedish Sås Senap and Dill (Courtesy of Ikea)

I make a topping of

Butter
Pinch of chilli flakes
Lime - grated rind and juice
Chopped coriander
All mixed in a bowl

Sit it ontop of the Salmon and then grill - with some held back to toss new potatoes in.

Winner every time.

Salmon with oregano cooked in the oven at 190c for 20mins wrapped in tin foil

New potatoes cooked and then butter/ oregano added.

Broccoli cooked

Salmon then smeared with the Ikea sauce

I marinate salmon in sesame oil, soy, chilli, ginger and garlic, then grill it and serve it on a bed of finely sliced raw fennel with a lemon and olive oil dressing.
