I love a good Corned Beef Hash. There are many different ways to make it; my fave is with Baked Beans and Worcestershire Sauce.

Whats you're fave way of making this classic dish?

W sauce, gherkins and wholegrain mustard.

I usually deep fry diced potato to go in the dish as well, just to make it more healthy, like.

Boil a pan of new potatoes in salted water for 20 mins
Drain, transfer back to the pan, add a pack of cubed corn beef (or cut however you like)
Add salt & pepper plus a generous amount of butter
Mash using a masher
Serve with crusty bread and maybe another knob of butter on top with more salt & pepper

Done!

Other than serving with a poached egg and some Brown Sauce, this fella is the winner!

What's this nonsense with beans, cheese and hard boiled eggs?

Fry off par boiled potato slices and onions, crumble in the corned beef and toss it until it's all crisped up. Serve with a splash of Worcester Sauce or Henderson's Relish.
