2 eat for £10 M & S offer

First of all, apologies if this is a repeat but I can't find it being covered elsewhere.
In need of some brownie points I picked up a meal at Marks and Sparks under the 2 for a tenner offer.
I got sea bream in a pea and creme fraiche sauce (I am paraphrasing) with potatoe rosti (4no) followed by apple and blackberry crumble. As we don't drink a couple of bottles of pressed elderflower drink were part of the offer as well.
Bearing in mind I have just posted elsewhere about usually spending £6 or £7 on lunch in Covent Garden I thought that lot was cvery good value. As it happens SWMBO is out at parents evening until late so our daughter and I shared it tonight. Still got points as daughter is down in the dumps.
Bloody lovely it was, every bit! Anybody else tried one of the other meals in the offer?

Maybe I'm tight, but I try to use this deal as the basis for a meal for 4, usually buying a chicken (they don't have weights on, but the one with the longest recommended cooking time is the heaviest), then a dessert that serves 4, like a pie or profiteroles.
Not a big wine drinker, but they usually have beer in the offer, but not often displayed nearby - check online first. The 4 pack of Belgian lager is pretty good when they do it.

Can't see the meal you are talking about on the website under the usual heading - maybe something different.
And this week its ''free bottle'' week - rather than the ''Dine In''.
We go for the Dine In when they have the Honey Glazed Gammon joint. Sometimes we will buy two for during the week. Easy meal.
The only better ''offer'' we get is when we sometimes get the Large !! version of the glazed Gammon Joint (by itself) via the suppliers factory shop - very well priced
. Usually so big it hardly fits in the foil tray - hence why it probably heads to the staff shop. I wonder why the staff have lots of 'friends'.

Can't just be the Long Acre branch. I don't think it's tight at all. It is about using these offers in a way that suits you best. My intended romantic meal with the wife turned into a real nice bit of time with our eldest daughter. It's difficult to find those one on one times when they get to 26!
When they put the offers out at Long Acre they fly off the shelves. It's not a big branch and they only have so much space. It's a bit pot luck.

You may be tight, but I'm tighter. 
I find supermarket 'meal deals' are low on meat and padded out with rice / pasta which cost bobbins to cook yourself.
I cook things like pasta sauce / curry / chili etc in bulk in the slooooow coooker, and then freeze.
