Duck Recipes

[Fishtigua]

I roasted a duck for Sunday, farmed not wild, and was wondering if anyone had a good ideas of what to do with the rest of the bird. Plenty of meat left and my new Crockpot turned up this morning (the old one fell apart).

Any recipes other than a stir-fry?

I dont have a recipe as it changes depending on mood but duck is a fine addition!
