Although one assumes you'd prefer it not to be made of the plastic bits of the pig?

A local butcher/baker stocks these things referred to as 'Scraps'. Essentially bits of cooked fat, I like to consider them as less healthy Pork Scratchings. They're smaller, between pea size and a 10p piece. Random shapes with hard and soft bits and taste fairly horrible.

They're totally addictive and I can easily eat a 1/2lb bag in a day. Sadly said butcher only gets them in stock once a month, and they're gone within a couple of days.

..Anyone else had something that might be similar? I've never seen them inn other butchers although have seen some things that might be similar online.
