I usually buy a couple of book every month to add to "the library". Anyone suggest something really challenging?
I've got all the usual references Escof, Silver Spoon, Robuchon, Larousse plus most stuff by Keller, Ramsay etc Really not interested in trendy chefs stuff, more "I've got 50 years experience and this is my book"
Love stuff that modernises old classics.
Any suggestions?
