recipes for lunch please

Im not a fan of sandwhiches for lunch.

I like the pasta you can get from salad bars, in morrisons especially.

Has anyone got any good recipes for a moist pasta lunch dish? That i can eat cold. Preferably ones with chicken or tuna in.

You could take a thermos and have warm/hot pasta?

My children will take something similar to this http://www.lakeland.co.uk/16339/Thermos-King-Food-... with pasta parcels or pasta and sauce or even Bolognese.
