What knife is this?

looks a bit like a tuna knife but is shorter and top blade looks different.

Anyone help out as I would like one of these just to see how fast I lose my fingers.

I think it's called a Deba knife (the one used for most of the video, not the one used at the end). Not 100% sure though.

I believe the first knife used to fillet the tuna is a kujira hocho that that been back sharpened at the point and the second knife for trimming the fillets is a takohiki.
