Can anyone recommend a decent supplier of sweets?

Its for a wedding - the prices places want to charge to put a few jars of sweets on a table are ridiculous so we'll do it ourselves.

Tried Costco who were a bit st, and JTF, not been to Macro yet.

Any of the online ones worth taking a look at?

Makro always seemed to have a god range of sweets.

Out of curiosity, how much did your venue want?

One we talked to wanted £8 per head (kids AND adults) to add a few bowls of Haribo! Mind you, taking the piss and quoting over a grand for kids sweets seemed to be totally in line with their general pricing.

The venue itself don't offer the service, so it would mean us getting in one of the specialist "wedding sweet table people" who seem to take delight in charging £400 and upwards for a selection of ten pence mixes.
