Whats wrong with a caveman drumstick?
Discussion
Every time I go to supermarkets I see the caveman drumstick (aka turkey) and get the urge to buy one.
Seems very cheap way of buying turkey meat (sub £2) and great on the BBQ or roasted.
So whats not to like and why is this meat always so underrated by people, if cooked correctly its not like its tough.

Tried one, was going very well... then element blew in electric oven (oven fan on, light on, just not getting hot)...
Looks like oven decided for me that it was not to be and suicided after I tried to oven cook the marinaded meat.
So stripped it and fried up the pinkish (bit to much pink for my liking) meat and was nice.
Now need to find what I can only assume is a heating element now for a smeg cooker.

I think the winning answer was "Boil for three hours. Remove meat. Feed to dog."
