Assume a reasonably well stocked larder, with plenty of Mushrroms, peppers and onions also available.

Looking for inspiration as bored with current regualars.

Fan of Curry, pasta,Mexican.

Suggestions please folks...

Pasta Carbonara is way less than 30 minutes:
o Pan of cold water on
o Pancetta pan on
o Add pasta to boiling water
o Brown pancetta
Two minutes before pasta is done:
o Add creme fraiche
o Add egg yolk
o Add grated parmesan
o Drained pasta into sauce.

Done. Yum yum yummy.

Almost any Thai curry can be done in under 30 minutes. Get practising.
