Perhaps you need to work on your 'pretzel technique', but those do look good.
Last pretzel I had was from the dirtiest-looking pretzel seller in NYC. Hey, I felt sorry for the guy, pushing a shopping trolley with a disposable BBQ in the base of it up and down 5th Avenue in sub-zero temperatures.
