She wanted to go to the supermarket, I'm still working, but she mentioned those golden words.

It can't be the sort of dirty takeaway that makes us lot here proud...

Indian, yeah OK, nice, we both enjoy it, but its the epiphany of fatty takeaway.

Chinese, she's not a fan, wont enjoy it and therefore won't accept the increased calorie intake.

Pizza, I'm sure she won't object.

Kebab, I'd always argue that a decent chicken kebab with chili sauce is the healthiest takeaway, she hates kebabs.

What I need are some good ideas and some justification...

Have a browse on My Fitness Pal, it seems to list most takeaways, from that you will be able to work out which contains less calories, I always plump for tandoori mixed grill with a veg side.
