Anyone any ideas on a turkish chicken recipe so i can make my own "fakeaway"?

usually do a elephant leg, tandoori chicken or lamb shish kebab.

Have tried this:

but not certain its the same filth as a takeaway one.

The Egyptian Shish Tauok / Tawook is pretty much the same as Turkish Sis Tavuk.

Should be enough recipes about for that.
