Any recommendations for nice Indians in Manchester or the North West please? The restaurant needs to look nice as well as providing good food... Not asking for much eh wink.
Thanks

EastzEast in Manchester is nice, just off Deansgate. There's one in Didsbury too but I forgot the name.

Best curry I've had in Manchester is either The Great Kathmandu or Namaste Nepal, both in West Didsbury and both Nepalese. West Didsbury is also good for nice bars and pubs too.

People always say The Third Eye in Didsbury is the place to go but the three times I've been it's not been great. Also, the curry mile hasn't been that great when I've been either.

Yes Great Kathmandu was the one I meant. I'd also avoid the curry mile, great for kebabs, not so great for curries.

East Z East riverside or Punjab Tandoori on the curry mile (doesn't look much but is probably the nicest and most authentic in Manchester, and i've been to most!)

Guys, is Zouks generally considered better than East Z East or vice versa?
