Best Place for Steak in Melbourne?

I'm going to be in Melbourne in September for my birthday and would like to have a nice meal out. Bit of a long shot but just wondering if anyone can recommend a decent steak house there?

Rockpool bar and grill is excellent but, like pretty much anything in Aus at current exchange rates, it isnt cheap. I had the rib eye on the bone when i was there earlier in the year and it was fabulous (and large) but I think it was about $60, with sides extra. Hope you have a good trip. It is a fantastic city. You may want to post in the PH aus section too as they are a fairly lively bunch.

Just a quick update on this - we went to the Atlantic Bar and Grill and the food was absolutely stunning. Cooked by an angry Yorkshireman from Masterchef Australia.
