Lidl Meat

Hello,

I am off to Lidl for the first time today to buy some cooked meats as I always hear so many good things about them.

Any recommendations? I don't really like ham, but will eat beef/salami/chicken/turkey etc.

That's a shame - ham is where Lidl really scores. The Bavarian air-dried ham is excellent, are the joints of cooked smoked ham.

I've never tried any of the cooked chicken/turkey, but the bresaola is good and half the price of anywhere else.

You should also check out the cheeses and whole smoked mackerel.
