If this is anything like the sham that was this years GrillStock in Bristol, you'll be left hungry! Too many visitors, not enough meat, all were sold out by 2pm!

Interesting....didn't know that East London Steak Co was part of the same group as Hawksmoor and Pitt Cue.

I love the idea of the Texas BBQ.....I bet that's fantastic.

A few stands sold out early and they didn't have enough beer or bar staff. But I will definitely be back next year.

Seems a few of us may be going now, ill report back afterwards.

On a side note, did anyone that went last year get the VIP tickets? they are a lot but tey come with 5 meals and free bar all day so may be worth it, thoughts?

Very kind of you to let us do the reading for you and take longer to reply than it would have taken to click the link, but yes you are right

Buy an entry ticket and then buy food drink, but its more of a "day out" with live music and entertainment by the looks of it.

The VIP tickets include all your food and drink all day and seem good value to me

(We flew out to Menorca that day, so I couldn't go)

My girlfriend to me there on the Saturday for my birthday. It was lovely, someone started another thread for it this year and there are some photos posted in that. We got decent weather for drinking outside in the sun and kept topping up on tokens to try more stuff. It was all tasty and each bit I tried was different to all the other stuff, well worth it. To top it off we got an email earlier this week from one of the breweries who were doing free tastings, and we won a case of 24 beers so I'm well chuffed. Should be getting delivered today. Only thing I missed out on was trying the spit roast ox as it was still cooking when we left on Saturday evening.

Excellent, going to make an effort to go next year if they do another.
