So we have a recipe for chocolate chip brioche dough.

One of the ingredients listed in what otherwise reads like a fairly normal brioche dough is

Ram (dark) 1tbsp

Anyone got a clue what this is?

LOL suppose sheep droppings do look a bit like chocolate chips.

Rum. Hmm not sure about that in brioche but will have to make two batches to try it.

Rau ram maybe?? Vietnamese herb often likened to coriander.
