Frozen Veg Stock
Discussion
Ok, silly question.
Have taken out frozen Veg stock to thaw ready as part of tomorrow's nosebag.
Thing is, there is approx double what I actually need. So thing is, can I refreeze what I've not used?
I'm assuming no, but if I boil it (effectively "cooking" it ) is it then safe to freeze it?

Thanks folks, as things turned, I'd underestimated the stock requirement, so the need to refreeze did not arise.
This is, my home made stock, although strained, still has "bits" in it , and it was this that concerned me, in the main.
Must do some googling, see what approved wisdom is.
