Sandwich fillings

Had some chicken for dinner last night, and decided to make some sandwiches for today. I chopped up some breast meat and I had some celery to use up, so I chopped that too, mixed it with the chicken and added salt, pepper and some mayonnaise. Made some sandwiches with Hovis seven seeded bread. I figured the crunch of the celery with the flavour of the chicken could work well.

Tried one of the sandwiches, and was blown away! Chicken and celery. My new favourite filling

Edam and chopped celery with a little mayo as a sandwhich filling. Give it a try.

Celery is great in a sandwich, particularly with cheese.

Roasted chicken wings, deboned, chopped and seasoned with mayo and Frank's red hot. Soft bread, lots of filling and a bit of lettuce.

We like texture more than most put in to words - hence celery enjoyment!
