What Can I Do With My Pumpkin?

After hollowing out and carving my pumpkin yesterday I have a bowl full of pumpkin, the orange stringy stuff and seeds. What can I do with it? Does anyone have any good, cheap recipes?

This gives an idea of how much I have to work with.
Least effective use of space in nature?

Put the seeds on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 10-15 mins. Make a nice little snack.

Yep. Peel the shell off the edible bit of the seed, though.

Sadly not me!
My experience with pumpkins ends at carving them when I was 5. I honestly thought recipes were for the orange stringy bit inside.
