Going to see matinee of Henry V with Jude law. Want to have dinner afterwards. Was gonna pick the Ivy as a past favourite but they are full.

Looking at Criterion or Quaglinos.

This is a elongated bucket list 6 months for my wife so money no object. Done most of the big Michelins but this is a simple dinner. Any ideas that might be better? No specific food types.

Done hand and flowers, the 3 brays and GR in last year. Would prefer causal and nice at this time.

Thanks in advance for the PH foodies

Cheers
Mike

Hix Soho

Or indeed any of the Hix establishments in London.

British, local, seasonal food, expertly done.

I loved Clos Maggiore just off Covent Garden, very romantic and some of the best food I've had.

'voted best romantic restaurant in London' - I believe it, especially if you get a table in the terrace thing (can be requested)

I was going to suggest this too. So I'll just +1 it instead.
