Post your Christmas Dinner Recipes!

Following on from my Roast Potatoes thread, I am always on the lookout to try different techniques and ideas. Christmas Dinner, to me, is the most important Dinner of the Year!

So, PH, tell me, what are your secrets for your perfect dinner? Red Wine in the Gravy? A pinch of rosemary in the stuffing? Perhaps you dont do a roast, but prefer the genteel flavours of Carribean Goat Curry??!!

Not cooking it or having to wash up works for me. Thats what the curry house is open for on Christmas day!

Pigs in blankets.

Lots of them.

Never have them at any other time of year so invariably end up eating a small mountain of them on Christmas Day! Certainly the best part!
