Your Christmas Booze Order
Discussion
One of my jobs for this week is to build up stocks for Christmas/New Year
So far I've got:
6 crates of beer from Williams Brothers (a variety of mostly IPA's and Pale Ales)
12 bottles of Tesco Finest Prosecco
6 bottles Moët nv
2 bottles Krug nv
2 bottles orange truffle baileys
4 bottles Taylor's LBV port
1 bottle Tesco finest Oloroso (£4.40!!)
I need to top up my vodka and Kahlua stocks. I've also got some Glenglassaugh 30yo held back for me in my local whisky shop and I'll have a look at the latest GlenDronachs.
None of my family or likely visitors drink much red wine so I don't tend to drink it much these days. But I might try to sneak in a couple of bottles of Chateauneuf...
Hic.
What's everyone else having?

Ahhh, I don't know much about port...but I love it. Can you recommend a good vintage port? Cheers!
Well, 1963 is the one to find, Taylor's especially, but rich money these days , £200 and more. Other than that, 1970, is the year , should be fairly easy to find , Berry bros etc, go for a big name , Fonseca etc
costs around £120 and up.
Good job Christmas/New year occurs the once annually

1 x Grey Goose
1 x Grey Goose Cherry Noir
2 x Absolut Vanilla
1 x Dalmore 15
1 x Bunnahabhain 18
2 x Glen marnoch 24 from Aldi
1 x JD Honey (yes, I know)
1 x Hendricks
48 x Corona Light
and a few bottles of wine.
Few other bits to add, Baileys etc, but done for the large part save for one more bottle of whisky from T5 on my way back to the states.
