6kg or so of steak - what to do?
Discussion
Fortune has favoured me and I have won the great Aussie tradition of a meat tray 3 weeks running. One week I forgot to collect it so I'm left with 2, approx 5-6 kilos of pretty average steaks, which I've separated and frozen.
I've loads of Tupperware style stuff, only a medium sized kitchen, freezer space and equipment.
What would you do?

Thanks folks, was looking for recipe ideas. Don't have a mincer, was thinking a mulligatawny soup and something like a stew/bourguignon, wondering if anyone could suggest a good tried & tested recipe or two. Many innings to do this much meat.
The cat's fat enough and the dog's home would probably be more suspicious of random meat donated by a pub than I.

Here's a good recipe which doesn't require the finest steak - Rick Stein's Balinese beef satay. I promise you it's a winner.
Marinade:
1 tbs coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbs black peppercorns
25 grams garlic, crushed
3 Thai chillies, finely chopped
juice of a lime
2 tsp raw cane (or palm) sugar
1 tbs kecap manis (Indonesian soy sauce)
1 tbs oil
Dry roast the spices, grind and combine with all the other ingredients. Cube 500g of sirloin steak and marinate in the above for 30 minutes, then thread onto bamboo skewers. BBQ (or grill) until done to your liking.
Dipping sauce:
3 tbs kecap manis
juice of 1/2 a lime
2 red Thai chillies, finely chopped
1/2 a banana shallot, finely chopped
Mix together and serve with the BBQed satays.

This recipe is fantastic, and doesn't require decent steak (the marinade tenderises it). Do try it - I promise you'll love it. It's dead easy too.
