Hi Guys, I am making this.

http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/chicken-recipes...

I have made it before and it tastes good. But I don't know what to serve with it?

Your suggestions would be wonderful.

Thanks

Mashed potato would be a nice soft contrast with the crunchy breadcrumb coating if you like. But you don't have to and I often don't.

It all goes a big crunchy and beige if you have chips with it. You would definitely want a sauce then.

I wouldn't. Not into sauces.

Salad for me too. A leafy green one containing herbs, and add a few quartered cherry tomatoes.

Splash of balsamic vinegar over as a dressing. Try Aspall's apple balsamic - it's delicious.

I bought some baby new potatoes in some herb and butter dressing with a caeser salad.

Any good?

Agreed.

Slightly O/T — it's also good in a simple oil/vinegar/garlic marinade for pork chops lick
