All,

I plan on cheffing this tonight.

Can anyone recommend a tried and tested recipe?

I'll be using pre-made pastry (although a pointer to which type would be appreciated)

I use Gordon's - http://www.channel4.com/4food/recipes/chefs/gordon... - has worked well for me.

there was a useful tip about countering the sogginess on sunday brunch. pancakes!

tv has been, awt, has a great recipe on the bbc site for beef welly. quite technical, and very lardy, but brilliant when it comes out right.

Same here, done it 2 or 3 times and it always comes out well.

Place some parchment paper underneath before baking it on the tray.
