turkey frozen 4 years ago

I have a similar query...
Got some meat hidden in freezer that is anywhere from 6 months to 2 years out of date, are they safe to eat?
Fish (some fillets and dabs, etc)
pork (tenderloin and chops)
bacon
I was going to start a fresh in Jan and assume if I have not eaten it by now then it gets thrown.
OH refuses to go near any of it.

I ate some haddock fillets I found in the freezer which were about 2 years old. Tough as old boots I'm afraid. Only killed me a little bit though, but I recovered.Got some meat hidden in freezer that is anywhere from 6 months to 2 years out of date, are they safe to eat?

The biggest issue I find is how the food is contained - if it's in airtight shrinkwrap it's usually ok, anything else and the freezer dries it out - how long it has been in there dictates how dry and tough it is!
