I actually have three Contigo mugs
1 original style one (West Loop) - which I use for coffee
1 Randolf style I treated myself for black tea - far easier to clean, but not as easy to drink from
1 Morgan - for the car as my cup holders are European sized and won't take the above two. TBH the plastic ones are not worth it as they seriously radiate heat where as the other two I own will keep a hot (note not boiling) drink at a good temperature for a good 3.5-4 hours.
I'm happy to recommend them and have to friends.

Seems to be a problem from the site, keeps loading up a 20% offer page that will not close.

I've the west loop and its been in use for a year, my only complaint is that it works too well in keeping coffee hot. I also have a plastic bodum mug and that works well at half the cost though more fiddly than the contigo
I got into the habit of adding a bit of cold liquid, so I could start drinking hot drinks almost immediately. A friend and I got a black contigo each in our first year of Uni. They were on offer at £19 each. Mine got nicked which I was annoyed about but he uses his every day still.
Cleaning the lid is a little laborious and they tend to adopt the flavour of the first drink you put in there. It is also worth noting that it can hold the taste of detergent if you soak the lid.
The best solution is to never leave it full.
Buy one (or two and give one to a mate) as they are the best.
