Places in London you can charge your laptop

Im looking for somewhere in London, either a bar of a cafe etc in the centre, that doesn't frown on you for wanting to plug in your laptop and actively encourages it either free with sockets at each table or at a charge. Anyone know of anywhere within Zone 1?

Everyone does it, everywhere. I don't know of one coffee shop that frowns on this. Most pubs are cool with it too.

I work in North West London but my main office is in Greenwich so I'm always on the lookout for places with free WiFi and charging points. Starbucks, Costa etc are all ok, but I ended up spending a fortune on coffee just to sit down and do an hour's work between meetings.

My best find so far for working and a bit of battery juice is the British Library on the Euston Road, right next door to St Pancras Station. Individual desks, each with a charge point, free wifi and no obligation to buy anything.
