What to do with Goat other than curry?
Discussion
Michael Smith's Goat tagine on Great British Menu tastes superb. Bit complicated mind, when you google the recipe you'll see what I mean. You end up substituting and ;leaving ingredients out as they are so many.
I love kids……but I couldn’t eat a whole one!

Whenever I go out for a Vietnamese I always have stir fried goat with lemongrass and chilli.

This does surprise me considering all the other replies.Yum yum
The Ockers have a recipe which suggests sirloin or fillet cut into strips then marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil.
No idea for the Thai one. Google only throws a couple of stir fry recipes up. But Googling isn't what the OP wanted as that too often leads to untested twaddle that just does not work.
Points at Nigella Lawson recipes. Waits for the avenging hordes to descend. Sorry but there is no relationship between quality of a recipe and cookie's brassiere measurement.

I'm firmly in the slow-cooked / curry camp. I've bought goat out in Cyprus - where it's helpfully sold as 'lamb'
- and tried to roast it, but the flavour was not good. It definitely needs spices.Try and get young Kid goat, not the old mutton-y stuff. You can treat spring goat like you would lamb. You can even get Kid fillet steaks.
