Sending champagne abroad

I've got family living abroad and they have a big celebration coming up that I won't be able to attend, so I'd like to send them a bottle of champagne to have a glass for me - nothing too expensive though! I've had a quick Google and it seems there are a few websites that can do it but I was wondering if anyone here has done similar and can recommend a particular company? Many thanks

I know that Interflora would provide such a service, depending on the country you want it delivered to and what you want delivered. I have never used them though so I can't really vouch for it.

I wanted to send one of my US colleagues a nice single malt, but no-one would take it.

In the end I found a company in the US instead that sold it online, and had them ship it, wasnt as expensive as I thought when USD converted back into GBP

That's where I was going. In country shipping is always going to be cheaper. Most places have somewhere in their capital that speak English - even easier with online and google translate if not (with a simple transaction)...
