Sheekh kebab recipe

Does anyone have a good recipe for this? Trying to get the Bangladeshi / Indian restaurant style but struggling to find a recipe that isn't a kebab house variant

I'd be interested in this.

I've tried the recipe in Kenny McGovern's 'The Take-Away Secret' and it's nowhere near the proper Bengali/Pakistani seekh kebab.
