Tell her shelled ones are £25/kg go to lidl and she'll them in the garage, sell to OH.

Holland & Barret, but they're about 3 times the cost of normal ones.

Costco do really good Pistachios in the shell. Been a while since I bought them so can't recall the price.

Start off with the 'easy' ones, then work down to the determined little buggers at the bottom of the bag.
