As we have the breasts from 7 of them sitting in the fridge

So any good recipes

And what are the bets on a mod moving this thread

Pan fry a few minutes each side, rest and serve with bitter salad leaves, caramelised red onion, bacon etc. Make a 'sauce' from the pan scrapings, a splash of red wine and some redcurrant jelly stirred in.

Alternatively, the 'tandoori treatment' works well for game birds. Cook them quickly on a charcoal BBQ, which must be bd hot.
