Mothers day dessert

What do you reccommend? I`m doing dessert for 3 mum`s + hangers on, last time I did a strawberry galette or a couple of clafoutis
open to suggestions

Not knowing the rest of the menu its difficult to advise but lemon cheesecake always goes down well.
