Does anyone have any 'recommended' ways to cook venison shoulder steaks? I've googled extensively but haven't found anything 'inspiring'….

Interesting — but I think that 'someone' would baulk at that amount of cabbage/sauerkraut.

Personally I'd bbq them and serve them rare, but I don't mind chewing
