Cassava Crackers
Discussion
I've just found cassava crackers at Waitrose, really spicy, low in fat and salt. They are a great snack and I keep bags of them at work.

When I lived in Venezuela, the old ladies used to sell great big disks, the size of a bicycle wheel, of cassava bread by the side of the road. Lovely stuff.
I used to brush with garlic butter and some black pepper onto slices and quickly grill it. Good with a minute steak with yucca chips.
