Cooking Competion No 36. "Tapas".
Discussion
"Tapas".
Most of us have been to Spain and enjoyed these delicious dishes in some form or another, how many of us have made a serious attempt to create or cook our own? I have several times and would like to see more people do so.
Each entry should include a minimum of three different dishes with a maximum of five dishes allowed.
It would be good to see the dish name, recipe or ingredients listed along with a maximum of four photos including one of all the dishes together.
The competition starts now and ends at midnight on Sunday 22nd of June with voting to take place over the following week.
To try and promote fresh interest in the cooking competition I am personally offering a tapas food voucher to the value of 20.00 for the winner.
I will of course be entering myself but should I be lucky enough to win the prize will go to the second placed entrant.
Get cooking chaps!

Lovely stuff, first tasted that 40 odd years ago somewhere in the Balearics, not sure which island as I wasn't usually sure where I actually was in those days of alcohol, sex, drugs and rock and roll.
I don't live in London so haven't been there but I've heard of a shop called Brindisa in Borough Market, give them a try.

Brindisa is fab, nice place to eat. Just around the corner from the shop.

When I set the dates I had no idea just how crazy busy I would be. I'm still hoping to do something this weekend but it's looking less and less likely as the week goes on so I'm more than happy to extend the comp for a couple of weeks and see how it's going, anyone disagree with that?
