Steak and eggs for breakfast?
Discussion
What's that all about then?
Prompted by a couple of recent things I've see about astronauts and sr71 pilots.
Oh yeah, and the family guy "strong men"
Obviously a very American thing, are we talking a nice piece of rump/sirloin/fillet? (A proper steak)... Or is it more like reformed thingie like you'd get in mc's masquerading as "sausage"
With fried/scrambled eggs?
For breaky?

I had steak and eggs for breakfast once when I was on holiday in Florida. It was a proper steak (possibly rump or sirloin)with a fried egg on top. Can't remember what else came with it but recall that it was an all inclusive price for breakfast($6.95)for whatever you had on the menu....steak and eggs being the best value for money

Likewise enjoyed a few steak, fried eggs and bacon breakfasts in Canada. It's a good start to the day before you spend an hour shovelling last night's foot or two of snow off the drive in -20/35.
It may or may not have something to do with how I put on an average pound per day every day I'm there. Oops.
