Lots of strand of metal wire with infinite nooks, crannies and crevices?

Nope, can't see those swiftly becoming a minging health hazard at all....

Like the BBQ grill itself, they'd be 'sterilised' over a high heat before ever threading anything on.

A thorough clean or dishwasher cycle will sort that.

Plus the heat will ensure any nasties are dealt with.

I bet you wash grapes don't you!

Hi PS wavey

On second glance, they're flame-proof bungee cords, aren't they?

Rather useful for wiring / strapping / skewering anything vaguely BBQ-able. lick

My wife bought these a few years ago. Personally I find them very hard to get the food off easily without ripping the meat. Not worth the effort in my opinion. Style over functionality.

The funny thing is - I'll never use them.

Now to find a chicken satay recipe.

Designer doesn't appear to know they don't use inches in France...
