Cookery courses

I'm looking for a course for my mums 60th. She's already a decent home cook. But would love to learn some new skills. Especially with fish. Filleting etc. I'd like it to be a long weekend somewhere.

Any suggestions?

Not sure what you are looking for budget wise, Waitrose have a cookery school and they do offer a course specifically on Fish filleting and cooking, maybe worth a look:

Swinton park hotel cookery school (near Rippon) do some excellent courses, I went on one a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it.

My mother has been on several celebrity courses and we are just about to send on a river cottage one for her 60th birthday...

Seems like its a good course and she was happy with us surprising her with it.
