Weber Customer Service - Fantastic

Recently had a problem with my Weber One Touch, bought a few years ago in a kind of Ivory color, the enamel was coming of the fire bowl. Even though I was unable to prove purchase, who keeps receipts? They sent me a new bowl and also followed it up with a new vent kit when I had to saw the old one off, all within days of a phone call and a few photographs e-mailed.
Fantastic customer service.
