Getting ahead at Christmas
Discussion
I know it’s a long way off I’ve got six this year at my new place (with a rather small oven) for Christmas, and because the GF’s family is European I need to do a Christmas Eve meal and a Christmas Day meal. Therefore I’m going to need to get ahead as much as possible, Christmas Eve is sorted I think (pork with associated trimmings) but looking for Christmas Day tips to limit stress and hard work!
So far I’m thinking of making stuffing, pigs in blankets, gravy and mashed swede in the next few weeks and freezing but that’s all so far.
So any tips?
