The title should suggest to you my tea and toast is worthy of a Michelin star lol.

The recipe in the link at the end of the article calls for low fat ham and cooking it in a muffin tin. Is it safe to cook the usual sandwich ham we get from the supermarket or is there a particular type that is required for this?

Any thin cut ham should work. Sounds nice. Good way of using up some leftovers that is.
